About Waterfront Pearl

Waterfront Pearl is a two-building development on the edge of the Willamette River in the Pearl District of Portland.  The two buildings are 10 stories each and some units offer amazing unobstructed views of the River and Fremont Bridge. The location is just a couple blocks from The Fields Park and North Pearl, but you do have to cross the railroad tracks to get there. The residents we've talked to though say that's a small price to pay for the quiet riverfront living they enjoy so much.  And one day hopefully Portland will build a pedestrian bridge across those tracks. 

The condos at Waterfront are larger than other Pearl buildings and even the one bedroom homes are around 900 square feet and up.  The homes all have balconies that either face the city, river or the water feature between the two buildings. The condos are finished out with modern touches that look as stylish now as when it was built. The kitchens feature quartz counters, tile backsplashes and neutral cabinets. Flooring is mostly wood with carpet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are also neutral and look very contemporary.
